Privacy

Confidentiality is the core of what we do. Construction contracts contain your pricing, your positions, and your competitive edge. Our entire architecture is built so that information stays yours.

Account information you provide (name, work email, company, role) and the contracts and content you upload for review. We also collect basic, non-sensitive usage information needed to operate the Service.

In production, the Service runs inside your own private cloud, so your contracts and pricing never leave your environment. Your documents are not used to train shared or public AI models, and they are not sold, rented, or shared. We use your content only to provide the review and redlining you requested.

During a free hosted pilot, your documents are processed on our secure hosted instance and may be deleted after the pilot period.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled to your team, and you can delete your content on your schedule. You decide who in your organization can see what.
